Consent to receiving commercial information*

I hereby consent to receiving commercial information within the meaning of Article 10(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws 2017 item 1219, as amended) from Neobrit Educations Limited with its registered office at 464 Edgware Road, London, W2 1AH, United Kingdom, Branch in Poland: 05-410 Józefów, ul. Sadowa 14.

Consent to processing of personal data*

I hereby give my consent for processing my personal data as understood by and in accordance with the Polish Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of October 29, 1997, No. 133, item 883, with further amendments) and the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”) for commercial purposes (such as: send you a commercial offer or give you an answer to a question that you asked us)

1. The controller of my personal data is Neobrit Limited, with its registered seat in: 464 Edgware Road, London, W2 1AH in the United Kingdom, Polish branch: 05-410 Józefów, Sadowa 14 Street, e-mail address: odo@myvinci.edu.pl;
2. My personal data will be processed for commercial purposes on grounds of article 6 section 1 point a of GDPR as well as on grounds of UK Data Protection Act 1998;
3. My personal data will be processed until I withdraw my consent to process my personal data;
4. I have the right to access my personal data, the right to rectify the processing of my personal data, the right to demand from Neobrit their erasure, the right to restrict processing of my personal data, the right to transfer my personal data, the right to object the processing of my personal data, the right to withdraw my consent to processing my personal data anytime, which withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on such consent before its withdrawal;
5. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, if I think that processing of my personal data is breaching the provisions of GDPR;
6. Providing Neobrit with my personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for sending me commercial offers by Neobrit, or answering my questions by Neobrit;
7. My personal data might be transferred to suppliers of services that are providing Neobrit with technical and organisational solutions, enabling Neobrit to grant benefits and manage Neobrit’s organization (in particular suppliers of data transmission services, courier and post companies) in order to properly grant these benefits;
8. I was informed that my personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area, with exceptions mentioned in our PRIVACY POLICY.
